An espresso is a condensed treat, served in a tiny cup, and you only have a limited amount of time to enjoy it. Just like friendlii espresso chats. 😊
the friendlii crew: Paula, please tell our readers: what do you do at TMG?
Paula: I tell folks about who we are at TMG, help new brokers learn and create their own businesses, and support existing TMG brokers.
the friendlii crew: What’s the most-used app on your phone? Why?
Paula: Waze — the easiest way to meet with new and existing brokers around Ontario.
the friendlii crew: If you could change one thing about the mortgage industry, what would it be?
Paula: I think WIMI (Women In the Mortgage Industry) and friendlii are doing it now — helping mortgage brokers do more thinking, caring, and sharing.
the friendlii crew: Awww… love you right back! 💝 What’s the best professional advice you’ve ever received?
Paula: The same piece of advice for all things, including business: “Find a way to help another.”
the friendlii crew: Thank you for your time and for sharing, Paula, and all the best until next time!
p.s. Following our chats, we often ask our guests to do one unexpected and fun activity. For Paula, we asked her to do an activity which we plan to do more of in the future: an ‘interview via pie charts.’ Below is her answer.
This chat is brought to you by TMG because it’s a practical demonstration of its commitment to:
- Be active in the brokerage community.
- Provide an environment where individuals grow professionally.
- Advocate the benefits of the mortgage agent profession to lenders, consumers, and government agencies.
